Welcome to deepvote.ai (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.


1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
  • By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Our Service

  • deepvote.ai allows users to create polls and view responses generated by large language models (“LLMs”) and other third-party systems.
  • We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without notice.
  • The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of any poll results or LLM outputs.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all content you submit, including polls, text, and any other materials (“User Content”).

  • You agree not to use the Service to:

    • Post unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
    • Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
    • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.


4. Data Collection & Third-Party Sharing

  • We collect and store metadata (such as device, IP address, and usage logs) and poll contents when you use the Service.

  • By using the Service, you consent to our sharing of this data with third-party providers, including but not limited to:

    • Large Language Model providers for generating poll responses.
    • Analytics, hosting, and infrastructure providers.
  • We are not responsible for how third parties handle your data. Their use is governed by their own terms and policies.


5. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding User Content) are owned by us or our licensors.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service unless expressly permitted by us.

6. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
  • We make no guarantees about the accuracy, availability, reliability, or results of the Service, including poll outcomes or LLM-generated content.
  • You acknowledge that LLM outputs may be biased, incorrect, or offensive, and you use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed $50 USD or the amount you paid to us in the past 6 months, whichever is greater.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless deepvote.ai, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.


9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.


10. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Poland, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
